Expert Preparatory Roundtable: Fossil Fuels

This expert discussion, co-hosted with the Fossil Fuel Non-Proliferation Treaty Initiative, offered an opportunity to members of the HLAB to discuss opportunities for global governance of fossil fuel production including: new norms; knowledge gathering and sharing; aligning existing institutions; financing approaches for people and planet; and new frameworks for cooperation. It is based on the paper by the Fossil Fuel Non-Proliferation Treaty Initiative, offering a range of options for HLAB’s consideration.
